Privacy notice.
How your information is used when you contact me through this website.
Who I am
This website is run by Malik Muzamil, based in London, UK. For anything about your data, email malik@muzamillab.com or call 07384 154933.
What I collect
When you fill in the project brief or quick-quote form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, business details and information about your project. If you contact me by WhatsApp, phone or email, I receive the details you send.
Why I use it
I use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, deliver the project. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before entering a contract with you. I don’t sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are sent by email and stored in my Google Workspace account. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors and keep data secure. Your browser may also save your form answers on your own device until you send them, so you can finish later.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing malik@muzamillab.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
