Most SaaS products don’t fail because of missing features. They fail because new users can’t see the value quickly enough, get lost in a cluttered dashboard, or give up halfway through onboarding. Good product design fixes that: it makes the first five minutes obvious and the hundredth visit fast.
I design SaaS and web apps the same way I designed my own. Shiftaan is a live shift and pay tracker for UK security guards, built around logging a shift in under 30 seconds. SoonGuide gives a one-word buy-now-or-wait verdict on 40 Apple products. Both started with one question: what is the user really trying to do, and how few steps can it take?
You get research-led decisions, a clear information architecture, a reusable design system in Figma and screens your developers can build without guesswork. If you don’t have developers, my team can build it too.
Both. I can hand over a complete Figma design to your developers, or my team can build the product for you.
Yes. I usually start with a UX audit to find where users struggle, then redesign the flows that matter most first.
Yes. You own all designs, Figma files and the design system once the project is paid for.
A focused sprint on one flow takes two to three weeks. A full product design usually takes six to ten weeks, depending on the number of screens.
Yes. I designed and built Shiftaan and SoonGuide myself, so I understand the trade-offs between design, build and launch.
