Independent businesses only, homepages checked in October 2026. Most of these are quick fixes, and each one costs enquiries.
Businesses with a website listed on OpenStreetMap or TrustATrader; chains and my own clients left out. Each homepage was opened once and checked for a tap-to-call link, a booking or ordering option, a phone-friendly layout and the page title. No business is named. Want yours checked?

Soho packs more restaurants, bars and cafés into a few streets than almost anywhere in Europe. Old Compton Street, Dean Street, Frith Street and Greek Street fill up every evening, Carnaby Street draws shoppers, Berwick Street keeps its market, and Chinatown sits just across Shaftesbury Avenue from the theatres.
Above the shopfronts, Soho is also a working creative quarter. Film and post-production houses, advertising and design agencies, music businesses and media companies have been here for decades, alongside private members’ clubs and studios.
For hospitality, the competition is relentless. People decide where to eat while walking down the street, so your Google listing, photos and booking link have to work in seconds on a phone, and pre-theatre menus and timings need to be easy to find. Salons and barbers face the same pressure, with clients booking between meetings.
For agencies and studios, the need is different: a portfolio site that shows the work properly, landing pages for campaigns, or UX and product design support for clients. That’s my background as a product designer. My client websites are mainly in East Molesey and Kew, and I’m happy to meet in Soho to talk through your project and give you a fixed quote.
Give it its own page with times and prices, link it from your homepage and Google Business Profile, and mention the nearby theatres. People search for exactly that before a show.
Yes. I design portfolio sites that put the work first, load quickly even with lots of video and images, and make it easy for clients to get in touch.
Yes. I connect the booking system you already use so the button works on every page and in your Google listing.
Yes, in Soho or anywhere central.
Your Google Business Profile does a lot of the work: accurate location, plenty of photos, recent reviews and a booking link. People walking past search on their phones, so being on the map matters as much as the shopfront.
