If people visit your website or app but don’t call, book, buy or sign up, something is getting in the way. Often it’s small: a confusing menu, a form that asks for too much, a button that looks like text, or a page that’s slow on a phone. Each one quietly costs you customers.
A UX audit is an expert review of your key journeys against established usability principles, such as Nielsen’s ten heuristics, plus checks for accessibility, mobile use and speed. I used the same heuristic evaluation method on OpenCircle, where each designer reviewed the prototype independently against the same checklist to reduce bias.
You get a clear report, not jargon: each issue with a screenshot, why it matters and what to change, ranked by impact and effort. You can hand it to your developer, fix it yourself or ask me to redesign the problem screens.
