I’ve done this with my own products. Shiftaan, a shift and pay tracker for UK security guards, went from a personal spreadsheet to a live web app. SoonGuide turns a confusing purchase decision into a one-word verdict across 40 Apple products. Both taught me where design matters most at the start, and where it can wait.
