An elegant website for an independent salon known for precision cutting, colour and bridal hair.
Seshi Hair is an independent salon at 78 Walton Road in East Molesey, close to Hampton Court, Thames Ditton and Esher. It’s owned by acclaimed hairstylist Seshi Park, who trained first in South Korea and then at the Vidal Sassoon Academy, and who has more than 30 years of hairdressing experience in the UK. The salon offers precision cutting, considered colour including highlights, balayage and glossing, texture treatments and bridal and special-event styling.
The brief was to present that experience with the same care Seshi brings to every client: a website that feels premium and personal, explains the services and prices clearly, and makes booking easy for an appointment-only salon.
I designed the website with editorial imagery, generous white space and four clear pages: home, about, services and bridal. The services page lists cutting, colour, texture and treatments with starting prices, from a ladies’ shampoo, cut and blow-dry to full head highlights, roots colour, glossing, permanent straightening and children’s haircuts. It explains that final prices depend on hair length, condition and the work required, and that complimentary, no-obligation consultations are available for new clients.
The about page tells Seshi’s story, from her Korean foundations to British precision, and the salon’s plant-powered approach using AVEDA and Organic Colour Systems products, with vegan-friendly options. The bridal page gives wedding-day styling the attention it deserves. It explains that bridal styling is priced on application and invites brides to get in touch about their plans.
Because appointments are by booking only, every page has a clear route to book online through the salon’s booking page, call or send a WhatsApp message.
The result is a mobile-first website design that reflects the salon’s considered, personal service. For local SEO, the site is structured so Google understands the salon’s location and services: page titles and descriptions mention East Molesey, and the salon’s name, address, phone number and email are set up in structured data for searches for a hair salon or bridal hair near Hampton Court.
