More detail

More about restaurants and cafés in Kew.

Kew Village is small, but it sees a steady flow of people: residents doing their daily coffee run, commuters using Kew Gardens station on the District Line and Overground, and visitors heading to or from Kew Gardens. Many of those visitors don’t know the area and decide where to eat by searching on their phone outside the station. A café that shows its menu, hours and location clearly wins that moment.

I designed the website for Café Macarong, an independent café group with Korean-inspired food at its heart. Its Kew café at 10 Station Parade serves poke, bibimbap, noodles and Korean fried chicken, alongside a counter of homemade cakes and macarons. The main challenge was that Café Macarong has three cafés, in Kew, East Molesey and Golders Green, each with different menus and hours. The website helps people find the right café quickly, with a locations page listing each café’s address, nearest station, phone number and opening times.

Kew is also seasonal. Visitor numbers rise and fall with the Gardens’ events and the weather, so a café website that can show today’s hours, seasonal specials or a simple “we’re open” message helps you catch the busy days without extra work. The same goes for Google: photos, hours and replies to reviews all signal to visitors that you’re active and worth the short walk from the station.

For a Kew café, the details matter: whether you’re open before the Gardens, whether you take card, whether there’s seating outside, and what’s on the menu today. I design sites that answer those questions in seconds and match what’s on your Google listing.

FAQs

Questions people ask.

Can one website cover several cafés?

Yes. Café Macarong’s site covers Kew, East Molesey and Golders Green, each with its own address, hours and menu focus.

Should my café website have a full menu?

Yes, ideally as a real web page rather than a PDF, so it loads quickly on a phone and Google can read it.

Can you help my café show up for “café near Kew Gardens”?

Yes. A complete Google Business Profile, steady reviews and a website that mentions your location clearly are the foundations. I can set them up.

How much does a café website cost?

Website packages start at £495, with a fixed quote after a free call.
