Beehive Boutique

Beehive Boutique is a welcoming hair salon at Norfolk House, 122 Walton Road in East Molesey, and part of the Beehive Boutique Group. It looks after women, men, children and senior clients, with haircuts, colouring, highlights, balayage, styling, blow dries and texturising, and a reputation for personal attention, honest advice and colour work clients love.

The brief was to give the salon a website that feels as personal as a visit, and that answers the questions people have before they book: what does it cost, how long does it take, and is this the right salon for my hair? Bookings already ran through Treatwell, so the site needed to send clients there without friction rather than replace it.

I designed the website around those questions. The services page groups treatments into clear categories, from ladies’ wash, cut and finish to express foils, full head tints, highlights and balayage, men’s and children’s haircuts, straightening and texturising, with durations and starting prices shown together. Complex colour changes and colour correction start with a complimentary consultation, so the site explains that clearly instead of hiding it behind a price. Senior ladies’ haircuts and blow dries on Monday and Tuesday get their own mention, because it matters to the people who look for it.

The rest of the structure is simple: an about page that explains the salon’s listening-first approach, a gallery of colour, cuts and styling from the salon’s portfolio, and a contact page with the Walton Road location, Google Maps directions, the phone number and a link to book online. Real client reviews sit on the homepage to reassure first-time visitors.

The design uses a warm, editorial style that matches the salon’s personal approach. It’s a mobile-first website design, because most clients check prices and book from their phone, and every page carries a clear route to call or book. For local SEO, each page has its own title and description, and the salon’s name, address and phone number are set up as structured data for Google, so Beehive Boutique is easier to find when people search for a hair salon in East Molesey.
