NMC Recovery
AI automation that sends recovery jobs from Apex to real drivers.
NMC Recovery is a vehicle recovery business in Skegness. Jobs arrive from Apex and each one has to reach an available driver quickly.
I led a small project to automate that step: jobs coming in from Apex are picked up automatically and assigned to real drivers, so less time is spent copying details between systems and passing jobs on by hand.
