What you need

What East Molesey salon clients look for.

Prices before booking

Clear starting prices and durations, with a note on when a consultation is needed, so clients don’t have to call to ask.

Booking in one tap

Links to Treatwell, Fresha or your own system on every page, especially on mobile.

Real work, not stock photos

A gallery of your own colour, cuts and nail art builds more trust than generic images.

Consultations explained

Colour correction and big changes often start with a free consultation. Saying so clearly removes a barrier.

Your story and team

Clients choose a stylist as much as a salon. A short, honest about page helps them pick you.

Found on Google Maps

A complete Google Business Profile with hours, photos and reviews, so you show up for “hair salon East Molesey”.

Local research

I checked 85 local business websites in Elmbridge.

Independent businesses only, homepages checked in October 2026. Most of these are quick fixes, and each one costs enquiries.

45%have no tap-to-call phone link on their homepage
53%don’t name their town in the page title Google shows
13%didn’t load at all: expired domain, error page or broken security certificate
61%show a way to book or order online on their homepage

Businesses with a website listed on OpenStreetMap or TrustATrader, across 7 towns; chains and my own clients left out. Each homepage was opened once and checked for a tap-to-call link, a booking or ordering option, a phone-friendly layout and the page title. No business is named. Want yours checked?

More detail

More about hair and beauty salons in East Molesey.

Walton Road has more hair, nail and beauty salons than most high streets its size, all within a few minutes’ walk of each other and of Hampton Court Bridge. For a salon here, the competition isn’t a national chain; it’s the salon three doors down. Clients usually compare two or three options on their phone before booking, so a clear, trustworthy website and an up-to-date Google profile make a real difference.

I’ve designed websites for four of those salons, and each one solved a different problem. Beehive Boutique at 122 Walton Road needed a long service list grouped into clear categories with durations and starting prices, and a smooth path to its existing Treatwell bookings. Sakura Hair and Body Retreat at number 65 wanted a calm, minimal site that explains a detailed menu, from smoothing treatments to occasion styling, without overwhelming anyone. Seshí Hair at number 78 needed a premium, editorial feel to reflect owner Seshi Park’s training in South Korea and at the Vidal Sassoon Academy, plus a dedicated bridal page. Princess Nails at number 99 had a long nail and beauty price list that was hard to use on a phone, so I reorganised it into treatment groups and made booking obvious.

The common thread is simple: show clients the treatments, prices and real work they care about, answer their questions before they ask, and make booking one tap away. If your salon is in East or West Molesey, I can look at your current site and Google listing and show you exactly what I’d change.

FAQs

Questions people ask.

Can my new website link to Treatwell or Fresha?

Yes. Beehive Boutique’s site sends clients straight to its existing Treatwell booking. I can link to whatever booking system you already use, so nothing changes for your team.

Can you show a long price list without it looking messy?

Yes. I group treatments into clear categories with starting prices and short notes, as I did for Beehive Boutique, Sakura Retreat and Princess Nails.

Will my salon site work well on phones?

Yes. Most salon clients browse and book on their phone, so every page is designed and tested on mobile first.

Do you only work with salons on Walton Road?

No. Walton Road is where most of my salon work is, but I work with salons across East and West Molesey, Hampton, Thames Ditton, Esher and the surrounding area.

How much does a salon website cost?

Website packages start at £495, and most salons with booking and a gallery fit the £995 Business package. You’ll get a fixed quote after a free call.
